Summarize the Total Project Budget showing Income and Expenses.Include in kind and breakdown in stages by: Pre-production, Production, Post-Production and Distribution

Each applicant submits a rough, fine or finished edit of the above film S A LINK AND AS A DVD to be mailed to PIFVA by Monday, April 2, 2012. The panel reviews the link before the meeting and views the DVD at the meeting. We do not need to see previous work samples. Address your previous work in the bio section.

THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF THIS APPLICATION. You can use any online video site: YouTube, Vimeo, Blip, for example. PLEASE INCLUDE A PASSWORD, IF REQUIRED. We will not make your link public if your have password.
